When should I book my install?

Accepted Answer

Most Pensacola customers book in September or October. Installs happen between mid-October and mid-December. Calendars fill up — earlier is better, especially in Gulf Breeze and Navarre.

Are you insured?

Yes — fully insured with liability and workers' comp. We can email a COI to your HOA or property manager before we book.

What happens if a bulb burns out?

Just text us. We come back out within 1–2 business days at no extra charge — included with every full-service install.

Do you take down the lights too?

Yes. Your removal date is locked in when you book installation. We come back in January, remove every clip, inspect each strand, and store everything labeled for next year.

Can you install my own lights?

Absolutely. Install-only service is about 30% less than full-service. We do not store or warranty customer-provided lights.

Do you use staples or nails on my roof?

Never. We use UV-rated all-weather clips that slide under shingles or onto gutters. No holes, no damage.
