That's our specialty: clean, symmetrical, professionally cut lines that make the whole front of the house pop.
Newer homes come with another reason to skip the staple gun: your roof. We never drive a nail or staple into shingles or fascia — every strand clips to the gutter and shingle edge and comes off clean, which is exactly how you want a newer roof treated.
Because Pace streets tend to go all-in on holiday displays, we love clustering installs by neighborhood — when one house lights up beautifully, the whole cul-de-sac wants in, and grouping installs on the same street makes scheduling easy for everyone. Pick warm white for a clean, high-end look, multicolor for the kids, or a custom palette — then let the smart timer run it: on at dusk, off at bedtime, automatically. In January we take it all down, bench-test it, and store it labeled so next year is a five-minute call.

What does Christmas light installation cost in Pace?
Our early-bird special is $990 for up to 150 ft of roofline lights, professionally installed — design, install, maintenance, takedown, and storage all included. Larger two-story Pace homes and add-ons like tree wraps and landscape lighting are quoted on top. Call or text 850-750-5705 for a tailored number.
Do you do two-story homes in Pace?
Yes — they're our bread and butter here. Our insured crews handle tall front gables and second-story rooflines safely, and we never nail into your shingles. The taller the gable, the better it looks in C9s.
Can you light my whole street?
We'd love to. We offer neighborhood scheduling so multiple homes on the same Pace street can be installed together — one crew day, whole cul-de-sac glowing. Ask about it when you book.
When should I book in Pace?
By mid-October. We cap installs each season, early-bird pricing ends, and the early-November priority windows fill first — especially in neighborhoods where several houses book together.
My house is new construction — will the install damage the roof?
No. We never drive a nail or staple into shingles, fascia, or trim. Every strand is custom-cut and clipped to the gutter and shingle edge, and it all comes off clean in January. It's exactly how a newer roof should be treated.
What color options do we have?
Warm white, multicolor, red-and-white, or a fully custom palette — in C9, C7, mini, and icicle styles, plus window outlines, wreaths up to 60 inches, and garland. We'll mock up the look during your free design visit.
Where do the lights go after the season?
We take everything down in January, bench-test each strand, and store it labeled by roofline section in our climate-controlled facility. Pace garages hit brutal summer temps, and heat is what kills LED strings — so nothing sits in yours.
Do you light subdivision entrances and businesses in Pace?
Yes — HOA and subdivision gateways, storefronts, and offices along Highway 90. Commercial installs get a single point of contact, a certificate of insurance on file, and a guaranteed response window for service calls.
