When Should You Book Christmas Light Installation in Pensacola?

Book in September or early October — installs happen from late October through mid-December, and the best install windows go to the people who booked first.

The month-by-month reality

August–September: this is planning season. Quotes are easy to schedule, every install window is still open, and early-bird pricing applies. If you want your lights on for Thanksgiving weekend — the most requested target in Pensacola — booking now is what guarantees it.

October: booking season peaks. Our early-bird pricing ends October 15, and the early-to-mid-November install slots start disappearing. We cap the number of installs we take each season so every home gets real service, which means the calendar genuinely does fill.

November: install season. Crews run six days a week. Late bookers can still get on the calendar some years, but the choice of dates is gone and pricing is standard.

December: the scramble. We take December installs when capacity allows, but by then you're choosing from what's left. Every year we have to turn away good people who called the first week of December — it's the worst part of the job.

Why booking early beats booking late (beyond the price)
